"Pick-Me-Up" Essential Oil/Natural Body Spray

Need something refreshing or to pick you up if you are in a slump?  Lemon, Bergamot and Grapefruit are citrus essential oils and help to uplift and energize!  I made this body spray to spritz on my body whenever I need a "Pick-Me-Up"

Supplies

• 10 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
• 9 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
• 9 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 2 oz spray bottle
• funnel
• 1 table spoon of witch hazel
• 1 teaspoon of almond oil or any carrier oil
• 1/4 cup of filtered water

Take your spray bottle remove cap and drop your oils into the bottle.  Next, add your carrier oil, witch hazel and water.  Screw cap back on and give your spray bottle a good shake.

Gently mist your face, or body whenever you need a Pick-Me-Up.
