We love our smoothies in the morning and when I can add flaxseed I try. Place all the ingredients below and enjoy!!!

In a blender combine—
• 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
• 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
• 1 banana
• 2 pitted dates
• 1 cup of coconut water
• Scoop of protein powder (optional)
