Ingredients
- 4-8 oranges
- 2-4 grapefruits, get pink
- 1 whole pineapple
- 3-6 kiwis
- 1 pomegranate,
- 1/4 cup of coconut
- 1/3 cup of pistachios
Cut all the fruit up and place in a bowl, gently toss. Cover your bowl and chill before serving for at least 2 hours. Top salad with coconut and pistachios.
