This sandwich is so easy and very,
juicy. My boys love it and they are always asking for more.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of French onion soup I used Pacific
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- half of a white onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of banana peppers, diced
- 1 lb of roast beef
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees,
Heat up soup and add Worcestershire
in a sauce pan over medium-high heat to a boil. Now add beef and heat
until warm. Next, divide beef among hoagie rolls, top with onion and
peppers. Top each sub with provolone cheese and place on a cookie
sheet. Bake for 4 minutes until toasted and cheese is melted.
Finally, spoon a little soup over subs and serve on side.
YUMMY!
