My Top 6 Favorite Teas to Drink in the Summer Months

As many of you know I gave up pop/soda several years ago, even though I might have an occasional glass or can during a celebrate, going out to eat, or at a barbecue.  Pop/Soda I found has made my migraine more pronounce, given me stomach bloat, and makes my face look like crap.  In the meantime I had to replace my soda addiction,  of course I drink water and have a couple cups a coffee in the morning but, I needed more so, I turn to tea.  Tea comes in many favors and varieties.  In the summer I found I like certain teas better and here are my top 6 that I enjoy drinking in the summer!

This Yogi Ginkgo Clarity tea is yummy, it is caffeine free and made with organic ginkgo leaf.  I like this team warm or cold and helps with memory.  

This Traditional Medicinals Organic Dandelion Tea, I love to drink warm or cold and is caffeine free.  The product has the Non GMO verified and great for removing toxins within the body by cleaning the kidneys .  The favor is stronger than some of the the other teas I mention.  

This Numi Organic Jasmine green tea is awesome cold.  The jasmine gives this green tea a sweeter taste but, does have medium caffeine.  Also this is Non GMO certified and gluten free.

 This The Republic of Tea Acai green tea is great cold and sweet tasting and is a green tea.  The tea is favored with Acai Berries and is from the The Republic of Tea.

This Hibiscus tea from the Republic of Tea flavored with Blueberries, I love cold and is very refreshing and perfect for the summer.
