This time of year believe it or not, is very intense and hectic for me. My To-Do-List is crazy and I find it so hard to calm down, relax and have tranquility.
I have to force myself to say to myself I am done for the day.
However, on the weekend I try to squeeze in time to do some pampering
and this DIY was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. It is so simple all you need are 3 ingredients.
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey-I warm this a little by running the bottle under hot water
Mix all together-Lather all over face and lay down for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Enjoy!
