Don't Worry Be Happy!

Do not worry your life is not your only life.  Life after your life on earth will continue to eternity.  However, life on earth determines where you will spend eternity; eternity only has 2 choices and that is heaven or hell.  It is important today to be happy is to follow God's plan and to live in God's image.  Once we live in God's image little things or big things do not seem that important such as activities, problems, work, finance, material items, etc.  We begin to live simple and clear on what path to take; God's path.
When we begin to live on God's path we feel happier in life because we use our time and money more efficient and " Keeping up with the Jones" doesn't matter anymore.  Keep God in your heart and mind everyday, all day and you will feel Happy and remember your home today is not your eternal home.

  1. "The World and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God Lives Forever."  ~ 1 Johm 2:17

You are all my Favorites!

This past week I reflected on what does God wants from my children, what are their purposes and am I doing my job as a parent helping to achieve their full potential.  I know God has a purpose along with a plan for my son, but what is it.  I worry about am I doing my job to mold their futures to be a good follower of God's Plan.
God decides everyone's plan, ethnicity, and future but trusting in all that he does can be difficult well actually Hard!  God knows us inside and out will lead us if we trust him.  Leave all out worries to God.
I pray every day, that God gives me the guidance to raise my children in the ways he intended them for.  I pray that God helps my children to live their purposes and remind close to his word.

Our Unique World God has Created!

Everyone needs a purpose and I believe mine is experiencing what God has to offer.  I believe God drives me to work hard, save and to travel and enjoy what he has made.  Traveling and encountering nature allows me to become closer to God!  I think being close to nature gives us a fresh start to live out what God has intended us for.

Being around things that God has made helps us to become closer to him, realize what is important, keeps life simple and forgive and move on.  Keeping God close will helps up do discover who we are and leads us to our own life path not a path where everyone else travels.
Life needs to not be taken for guaranteed, take one day at a time, keep what matters most!  Maintaining a relationship with God with keep your focus clear and direction transparent.
"Give perfect peace to these who keep their purpose fir and put their trust in the Lord" ~ Isaiah 26:3

Becoming Closer to God | God is Good!

Virginia Beach, is filled with many tourist, commercialize shopping and restaurants and many hotels/condos but, one thing it does offer at no cost are things given to us by God and that is the sand, ocean, sun and memories to last a life time.

Being with my family and enjoying what God has to offer helps me to become closer to my father and has me asking questions like what I want in life, what is my life purpose and what has
God created me for .

Taking time to clarify your values and set goals while on vacation and become close to God's creation will help to make your path clear and able to achieve your goals.  Vacation helps to understand what is important and to eliminate less.  We begin to focus on what is important and what matters most.

Retreating is a time for reflection and remembering that God is the source and we need a relationship daily with our father.  We will understand our true goals and what path to take as we gain the relationship with Jesus.

First Week Back and Starting New Year's Resolutions

Well, the kids are back to school and I am back to work and with that comes schedules, to do list, commitments, schedules, appointments, etc.  Even though I enjoyed every moments we had off with no where to be and no obligations I am happy to be back.  Happy to start all my goals and resolutions.

We kicked off our week with Catechism (Religion Education) on Monday, my kids were happy to catch up with their friends and start the New Year learning about Jesus!

One of my goals is to get on track with eating healthy.  This week has been a challenge praying that I get on track!

Working out has found its way back into my life, I love a good Ballet class along with Yoga.

Kids are back in dance, basketball, Girl Scouts, baseball and piano!

I am determine to get this house back into order especially this Kitchen refrigerator and pantry!  I would love to create and more simple home with a minimalist approach.  Let me know if you would more pictures or videos with in depth journey on this organization project.

Finally, one of my goals this year is to read more to my kids and for myself.  This week I started a new book with my daughter and fell in love with this series!

with love,
