I try to deep clean and declutter my refrigerator and freezer about
every 8 weeks. In between the 8 weeks I spot clean when needed.
1. First, I start from the top to the bottom when cleaning the
refrigerator and freezer. Then I work my way from the refrigerator and
then to the freezer.
2.. Declutter anything on top of refrigerator.
3. Next, I declutter all food from fridge and freezer.
4. I use a multi purpose cleaner to thoroughly clean my refrigerator and freezer. After I clean the whole fridge and freezer I place a 1/2 cup of baking soda in a Dollar Tree container to help eliminate odors.
5. Finally, I declutter the front & top of my refrigerator; where there is greasy dust on top. I used an all purpose cleaner and a dry eraser.
I want to mention I bought a few items from the Dollar Tree to help contain and declutter my fridge without breaking the bank.
I found this container to contain all my butter and cream cheese.
This little white plastic container helps contain my condiments and does make easy in and out pull out a breeze.
I use this small container I found at the Dollar Tree to house all my carry out favorite condiments.
Finally, this container corralled all my lunch meat for my kiddos lunches!
