What you will need:
- 3 large red skin potatoes, cut into chucks
- 1/2 cups coconut oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves of garlic diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add all the above ingredients into a cast iron pan, put on top of a fire or place into a preheated oven set at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
