~Ingredients~
1 package of gluten free devil's food cake mix1 cup of dairy free milk ( I use almond milk)
1 package of gluten free vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of chopped peanuts
1/4 cup of chocolate sprinkles (optional)
2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1 ounce each)
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup of powder sugar
3/4 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoon water
First, preheat over to 350 degrees and then prepare your cake mix as directed. In a muffin tin either spray with a cooking spray or line with paper line muffin cups. Cool your cupcakes for 30 minutes but, while they are cooling mix milk, pudding and peanut butter in an mixer. Take filling and put into a pastry bag or freezer bag and snip end. Pipe peanut butter mixture into each cupcake. Now lets make the glaze in a pot heat chocolate squares, butter, vanilla, and water. Stir chocolate glaze until everything is blended remove form heat and mix in the sugar. Take cupcakes and dip the top into chocolate glaze and twist slightly. Finally, sprinkle each cupcake with nuts and chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy.
