Glazed Baked Salmon

Salmon has many benefits and we all know is filled with omega-3 fatty acids.  These omega-3 acids have had studies that have shown to fight inflammation.  Also, salmon is a natural mood booster and helps to protect your cortisol.  Cortisol is a stress hormone and is release when you feel under pressure and stressed out!  When you eat salmon it will help to rebuild any cortisol that was damage during the stressful event.  

Ingredients:
·        1/3 brown sugar
·        1/3 cup olive oil
·        3 tablespoons of coconut aminos
·        3 tablespoons lemon juice
·        2 tablespoons of dry white wine
·        1 -2 pounds of wild caught salmon
·        1 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
·        Lemon Wedges and rosemary

First, preheat oven to 400 degrees, now in a small bowl mix sugar, oil, coconut aminos, lemon juice and wine.  Take salmon and season with pepper and arrange in a baking dish.  Next, pour your glaze over the fish and back until opaque for 20 minutes.  Finally, squeeze and serve fresh lemon wedges.
