Yummy, with grilling season around the
corner I thought I share off of my favorite vegetables to grill on the Grill
which incorporates all of my favorite seasonings!
Here
is what you will Need:
- 3-4 zucchini’s cut in half
- Himalayan sea salt and black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
First, warm your grill to 400
degrees. Next, take a brush and brush both sides of zucchini with olive
oil, season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Grill
zucchini for 5 each side. Finally, season with nutritional yeast, which
is a good source of B-12. Enjoy!
