Easy Baked Swiss Chicken

I love cooking with wine and with this dish your family will love it and you will enjoy making it with its crunchy topping and gooey cheeses.


Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup white wine 
  • 6 slices of Swiss cheese 
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of crushed seasoned croutons
Place chicken in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.  In a bowl combine soup and wine-pour over chicken.  Next top chicken with cheeses and sprinkle with croutons.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6
Pesto=good and fast
