I love cooking with wine and with this dish your family will love it and you will enjoy making it with its crunchy topping and gooey cheeses.
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of crushed seasoned croutons
Place chicken in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. In a bowl combine soup and wine-pour over chicken. Next top chicken with cheeses and sprinkle with croutons.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6
